Chandni Victoria Hall
Two LED installations were built at Chandni Victoria Hall in a collaboration with GTR Industries. The bigger one in the main hall consists of 6 crystal chandeliers interlaced with a total of 120,000 LEDs controllable in groups of 4, making up over 200 Art-Net universes of data. Animations are generated with MADRIX.
The smaller installation in the lobby has randomly distributed pixels in oval bands around another 3 crystal chandeliers, 1,500 LEDs each. Although the distribution of pixels is random, the position of each pixel is known which enables 2D mapping of animations and even video.
